MARKETING COORDINATOR
Full-time | Marketing & Advertising | Location - Olathe, KS
As Marketing Coordinator, you will work alongside the Marketing Team Lead and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external vendors to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across channels and markets.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and design of marketing materials, including publications, press releases, blogs, website materials, company newsletters, print literature, video scripts, and email campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team Lead for the Americas to align operational plans with regional marketing strategies and goals
  • Ensure alignment and customization of marketing strategies and content with local business needs and support the execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Product Development and Marketing Research teams to write/produce marketing materials for products
  • Oversee key aspects of the promotional item program, including supplier relationship management, budget and inventory tracking, internal stakeholder communication, and evaluation of new promotional item opportunities
  • Support the planning and execution of customer and supplier visits, ensuring all logistics, communications, and branded touchpoints are aligned to create a consistent and high-quality experience
  • Support campaign reporting and analysis by tracking performance metrics, compiling insights, and assisting with post-campaign summaries
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned

HOW TO SUCCEED
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or another applicable field from an accredited college or university OR a minimum of two years substantially similar work experience

Experience and Skills:
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field performing substantially similar essential functions (internships or relevant coursework considered)
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using Google Mail, Calendar, Drive & Sheets
  • Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrates proficient analytical skills
  • Demonstrates understanding of work flow processes and systems with in the Marketing/Sales cycle
  • Demonstrates effective organizational, time management and follow up skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to work with guidance from Marketing Team Lead and multi-task effectively in a rapidly changing environment while delivering with high quality in the specified timeline
  • Demonstrates willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow marketing skills across multiple disciplines
  • Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
