• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all program-related matters schedule, status, escalations, and changes.

• Communicate with customers daily or as needed, providing accurate and timely program updates with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.

• Coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and keep jobs moving.

• Engage with Partner Factories on production status updates and participate in collaborative problem-solving when issues require a coordinated response.

• Manage programs that span complex scopes including secondary assembly, box builds, functional test, and programming and understand the operational nuances each adds to a program.

• Monitor program schedules and proactively flag risks before they become delays.

• Maintain accurate program and account data within Salesforce logging activities, managing account records, tracking open items, and running reports to support program visibility across the team.

• Support handoffs between NPI and production, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What You Bring

• Program management experience with a track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs from start to finish.

• Prior experience in a role closely aligned to this one: end-to-end program ownership, primary customer point of contact, and cross-functional accountability.

• A strong work ethic and genuine sense of ownership. You follow through and hold yourself to a high standard.

• A professional, personable, and composed customer-facing presence that builds trust and keeps customers confident.

• A team-first mindset. Collaborative, constructive, and dependable.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across different lifecycle stages without losing detail or missing commitments.

• Calm and decisive under pressure, with experience managing escalations and communicating confidently through problems.

• Comfortable influencing and coordinating across teams you do not directly manage.

• PCB and PCBA knowledge is strongly preferred. A background in electronics or contract manufacturing is a significant advantage, though strong PM experience in a complex manufacturing environment will be considered.
