Description:

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to support our client’s marketing organization through the execution and optimization of field marketing, account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, events, webinars, and digital campaigns.


Contract Dates: August 31, 2026–February 26, 2027

(Hybrid Austin)

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and analyze field marketing and ABM campaigns, including events, webinars, partner programs, and digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate event logistics, venue research, registration pages, event briefs, contracts, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize campaigns, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Create and manage Salesforce campaigns, target lists, and attendee uploads.
  • Develop segmented target lists that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer retention.
  • Manage post-event data, sales follow-up processes, and email campaigns.
  • Build newsletters and campaign communications that keep sales and BDR teams informed.
  • Track campaign performance, account engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or field marketing, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Strong experience with customer segmentation, CRM platforms, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and optimize complex marketing workflows and automations.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to create or modify email templates.
  • Familiarity with email frameworks such as MJML or Foundation is preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as Iterable, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Amplitude.
  • Strong understanding of metrics including CTR, CTOR, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, and LTV.
  • SQL experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An outcome-oriented mindset with a demonstrated record of driving measurable business results.
