JOB TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION DETAILS: This role is based onsite in Southampton, MA, at the CLI Conservatory.
PAY RATE: The budgeted salary range for this role is $56,000 - $71,400.
The salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
ABOUT CLI STUDIOS:
We are a group of unique, diverse, and creative individuals who deeply believe in the transformative power of the performing arts. We are on a mission to make dance education more accessible to aspirational students around the world using a mix of technology, innovative thinking, and an amazing, mission-driven team!
Through our online training program, dancers around the world can take over 1,500 classes from top dance instructors from New York and Los Angeles. For more advanced students, we offer the CLI Conservatory, an extensive in-person training program where dancers launch their professional careers with training and support from over 100 world-renowned choreographers.
Our team is a collaboration between world-class performing artists (e.g. multi-season stars from SYTYCD), technologists, startup operators, and more. We believe business and art are not mutually exclusive. In fact, it is the melding of these two worlds that has made us the bold, creative force we are today. In the same sentence, you'll hear us talking about dance technique, studio production, and conversion rates.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Content Marketing Associate is critical to supporting the growth of both the CLI Conservatory Online training program and the CLI Conservatory, a 10-month pre-professional training program designed to help young dancers join the professional dance industry. This position will help bring our brand stories to life through engaging content and strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our creative, content, recruiting, and admissions teams to execute campaigns, create compelling content, and support audience growth and engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Develop creative briefs for email, social, video, and web campaigns
  • Write marketing copy for email campaigns, website content, and social media
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for both CLI Studios and CLI Conservatory channels
  • Partner with the content team to support and execute creative concepts
  • Coordinate and produce content opportunities, including photoshoots, student interviews, and other asset creation initiatives
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Engage with social media communities through comments, direct messages, and tagged content
  • Support the execution of seasonal and ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on social media and campaign performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • We're looking for someone who is excited by our mission and passionate about dance, storytelling, and marketing. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ClickUp
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • A results-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and wear multiple hats in a startup environment

Education/Experience:
  • Experience within the dance industry (as a dancer or through work with a dance-related organization)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field
