• Orchestrate the transition from manual-heavy review to AI-native ecosystems. Serve as the resident expert on current as-is state processes. Deconstruct legacy workflows and architect a to-be strategy that maximizes efficiency and scale without compromising the integrity of our safety policies.
• Navigate complex, global initiatives by unifying Product, Engineering, and Policy teams. Ensure advanced AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into high-stakes moderation workflows.
• Liaison between policy experts and technical teams. Convert complex policy nuances into scalable requirements for model training, prompt engineering, and expert labeling systems.
• Lead resource modeling and capacity planning across global teams to ensure technical and human expertise are effectively deployed to meet high-priority safety goals.
• Influence safety strategy at the executive level while managing a complex stakeholder environment, ensuring our AI-driven decisions are consistent, defensible, and aligned with our core values.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience leveraging automation for process engineering.
• Experience with data analytics.
Preferred:
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience working with business and technical cross function partners across to drive complex cross-team growth and AI long term strategic and transformational initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI to promote digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to think logically and work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, influencing and communicating cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management.
