Lendesk

Job description

About Lendesk:
We're a financial technology company on a mission to make the mortgage experience easy, accessible, and transparent. Our flagship product is an advanced digital mortgage origination platform that connects borrowers, brokers, and lenders. We're a fast-growing team of 70+ employees, composed of innovative and engaged individuals working collaboratively to deliver a unique digital home buying experience.

At Lendesk, diversity is our strength. What makes us different, makes us stronger. We believe that a variety of backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, experiences, identities, and voices make for a better and inclusive workplace.

Role Overview:

We've built something worth talking about. Now we need someone to make sure the right people hear about it and do something about it.

This is a Growth Marketing Manager role for someone who can move between strategy and execution without losing the thread. Jupiter is our mortgage origination platform for the U.S. market, built for independent loan officers and brokerages, and this role is central to growing it.

You'll create content, build community presence, run paid campaigns, and show up at events, always with an eye on what's actually converting.

This isn't a role where you brief an agency and wait for a report. You'll roll up your sleeves, owning campaigns end to end: building them, optimizing them, and reporting on them yourself. The right candidate knows how to tap into that creative side, proactively creating content that lands, but can just as easily open up an ads dashboard and tell you what's working.

What You'll Do:

Content & Community

  • Create original content for the channels where our audience lives - Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, and more. Think educational posts, short-form video, industry commentary, and product stories
  • Build and nurture Jupiter's presence in mortgage and loan officer communities online.
  • Identify prospects through community engagement and create plans of action to bring them into the funnel

Pipeline & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute top of funnel campaigns for our community, that generate leads and establish Jupiter as a go-to resource for independent loan officers
  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows covering lead scoring, segmentation, landing pages, forms, and email sequences.
  • Run paid digital campaigns on Meta, Reddit and Google, iterating based on what's driving MQLs, not just clicks
  • Track pipeline performance and lead quality. Know which efforts are producing MQLs and which aren't, and adjust accordingly

Events & Field Marketing

  • Attend industry events and conferences on behalf of Jupiter, primarily in the U.S. with some Canadian events. Travel is forecasted to be 1 to 3 times per quarter; must be eligible to travel to the United States

What Will Really Stand Out:

  • Candidates with a strong, creative portfolio or examples of content they've created: social posts, reels, short-form video, or community-building work
  • Candidates who have owned top of funnel targets and can speak to the specific tactics they deployed to hit them
  • Hands-on experience running paid ads across Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Comfortable enough to log in and launch a campaign in your first few weeks
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot. Comfortable enough to build a landing page or set up a workflow without needing a walkthrough

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Comprehensive benefits including dental, medical, and vision
  • Remote-first, work from anywhere in Canada
  • Home office setup budget
  • Flexible working hours
  • Budget for continuous development and training
  • Stock purchase program through our parent company (NYSE: RKT)

You must be a current Canadian resident to be considered for this role. A candidate selected for this position must pass a criminal background check.

Lendesk is committed to offering competitive salaries to all our team members. This role has a salary range of $78,500- $117,500 CAD. Forexperienced candidates, we typically hire near the midpoint of the salary band to ensure that there is room for growth and development. Compensation is determined based on the skills, experience, and qualifications you bring to the team, as well as the impact you will have on the business and the growth you'll achieve in the role. Throughout your time at Lendesk, we'll continue to have conversations about your career and development and you'll have the opportunity to build an amazing career with us.
