We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads to take ownership of our paid campaigns and push them to the next level. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who combines analytical precision with creative testing and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Leadership
    • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
    • Implement advanced targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies to maximize ROAS and customer lifetime value.
  • Optimization & Innovation
    • Continuously refine bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, and creatives based on data insights.
    • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and leverage automation while maintaining high-level manual oversight.
    • Stay ahead of Google Ads innovations and industry trends.
  • Analytics, Insights & Reporting
    • Track and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, impression share) to guide decisions.
    • Deliver actionable recommendations and growth strategies to the Marketing Director.
  • Collaboration
    • Partner with e-commerce, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with product priorities and promotions.

  • Budget Management

Qualifications
