The Role:
As a Media Solutions Senior Analyst, you will refine your programmatic craft across the Google Marketing Platform (e.g. DV360, SA360, CM360), unlocking value across channels (Advanced TV/CTV, Audio, Video/YouTube, Display/Native, SEM) and the ad tech ecosystem of SSPs, CDPs, DMPs, ad verification partners, and more.
Aside from an advancement in technical skills, this role will offer a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to support a business from the ground up, developing processes, growing the team, etc. You'll be very independent and given the opportunity to take on challenges that you feel are mission critical for the business to scale effectively.

What You Will Do:
  • As a Media Solutions Senior Analyst you'll support the overall team on a day to day basis
  • You will serve as primary client point of contact for clients and as support point for other clients when needed
    • Leading 1-2 clients and supporting your team members across 4-8 clients
    • Responsible for understanding clients' business issues and goals and successful delivery of marketing/media services.
    • Becoming the trusted "go to person" for clients
    • Supporting Google marketing Platform (CM/DV/SA) trainings for clients
    • Helping senior team leads to identify client upsell opportunities across Media and Data Solutions, working closely with Data Solutions counterparts when necessary
  • You will support project management, and innovation within the team. Identifying process and pain points to automate and improve. As well as new productization/revenue opportunities
    • A combination of process documentation, process creation and innovation, Napkyn Magic product innovation
  • Responsible for supporting Media Team with billing and technical troubleshooting
  • Refine your programmatic/biddable media expertise while broadening your optimization expertise with Google's omni-channel media trading platforms and analytics tools, actively planning and launching campaigns across GMP.
  • Work with Napkyn peers to provide best-in-class Google support
  • Codify and share best practices across the team
  • Be a strategic partner to your clients and to Google counterparts (e.g., product development)

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 1-3+ years of full-time digital optimization experience required (e.g. Programmatic/DSP media buying)
  • Bachelor's degree or similar alternative, recognized and relevant certification(s)
  • Consider yourself knowledgeable of DV360, ideally have experience with buying PMPs, CTV, Youtube, and other advanced programmatic knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of CM360
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis and internet technologies
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies and other Google Marketing Platform technologies (Google Analytics, Google Ads/Search Ads360)
  • Previous experience with executive relationship development
  • Understanding of high-level business strategy
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value

Total Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $73,500 - $85,000
