Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Leverage deep expertise in the Android framework and telephony stack to solve complex, low-level integration challenges that define our network's performance.
  • Optimize our release management lifecycles to ensure that user-facing features reach millions of devices with uncompromising stability and velocity.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address technical debt, improve the app's performance, and ensure its stability and reliability.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate product requirements and designs into a seamless user experience.
