About This Opportunity

The Marketing Manager I is responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing programs that support multiple InComm Payments business units, products, and growth priorities. This role manages campaigns across the full spectrum of marketing channels, including email, organic and paid social media, websites, digital advertising, content, events, and sales enablement.

The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns from initial planning through execution, lead management, measurement, and optimization. The role requires strong B2B marketing experience, exceptional project-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholder priorities simultaneously.

This position will work closely with business-unit leaders, Sales, Account Management, Creative, Operations, Technology, and other internal partners to develop marketing programs that build awareness, engage target audiences, generate demand, and support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing plans supporting multiple business units, products, and target audiences.
  • Manage multichannel campaigns across email, organic and paid social media, websites, paid search, content, webinars, event planning
  • Maintain weekly marketing social and email calendars
  • Develop and coordinate B2B content for email, LinkedIn, websites, landing pages, advertisements, and sales materials
  • Manage multiple campaigns, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, priorities, project plans, and performance reports.
  • Use Salesforce and Account Engagement to manage email campaigns, leads, email nurturing journeys, tracking and reporting
  • Partner with Sales to support lead follow-up, pipeline development, and the effective transition of marketing-qualified leads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to improve marketing strategy and results.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Technology, and other internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
  • 3 years of professional marketing experience required
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement, formerly Pardot.
  • Experience managing marketing leads, CRM campaigns, audience segmentation, email programs, and automated lead-nurturing campaigns.
  • Experience using LinkedIn as a B2B organic and paid marketing platform, including familiarity Google Ads, Google Analytics, and UTM-based campaign tracking.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
