Job Description:

Role Overview

The Analyst, Global EHS is an essential member of the Fluence Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team, supporting the effectiveness and continuous improvement of global EHS programs. This role applies data analysis, system expertise, and EHS knowledge to ensure EHS initiatives are datadriven, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The Analyst partners closely with the Global EHS team to strengthen data integrity, reporting, and decisionmaking across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the system custodian for the EHS Data Management System and other EHSrelated platforms, ensuring data integrity, security, and reliability
  • Analyze EHS databases to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop strategies to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Collect, evaluate, and manage projectlevel EHS data and support the development of analytical tools
  • Implement and maintain data collection protocols to ensure comprehensive and consistent data capture
  • Support internal and external audits, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits
  • Prepare and present data summaries and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Deliver user training on EHS platforms and tools
  • Develop user guides and documentation to support effective system usage
  • Partner closely with the Program Solutions Manager on datarelated initiatives and projects
  • Coordinate and execute datadriven projects supporting EHS programs
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with a focus on data measurement, analysis, and reporting
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices related to EHS data management
  • Provide managers with regular reporting, metrics, and updates related to EHS data quality and performance
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to streamline data dissemination
  • Support managers in identifying and evaluating EHS data analysis opportunities
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for new data analysis initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic planning for project comparative analysis databases and related EHS programs
  • Align data management strategies with broader organizational and EHS goals
  • Collaborate with EHS managers to support communication around evolving data requirements
  • Organize and participate in regular data review meetings
  • Provide data and reporting support for internal audits and management reviews
  • Prepare summaries and materials for internal audit presentations
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and performance metrics
  • Track CAPA progress and report on implementation status and outcomes

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Data Science, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management and analytics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with EHS data management systems and platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Visio, Salesforce, Confluence, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO standards including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001,
