Adecco is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Support Data Entry Clerk to join our Customer Service team in Carlsbad, Ca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer information, maintaining data integrity, and supporting daily customer service operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
Schedule: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer information, orders, and service requests into company database systems
Maintain and update customer records on a daily basis
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
Perform routine audits to maintain data integrity
Ensure all records and documentation are properly filed and organized
Handle sensitive customer information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably within a customer service environment
Experience within the medical device industry is preferred
Proficient with data entry software and Google Suite applications, including Google Sheets and Docs
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with strong accuracy
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
