Job description

As a Google Cloud Architect, youโ€™ll play a key role in designing and delivering modern cloud solutions that help clients transform their applications and infrastructure on Google Cloud.

Youโ€™ll engage directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand their goals, identify modernization opportunities, and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud environments. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that involves leading design, implementation, and optimization initiatives across technologies such as Anthos, Kubernetes, and core IaaS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and Implement Solutions: Design and deploy resilient, scalable, and secure solutions on Google Cloud.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, offering best practices and architectural guidance throughout their cloud journey.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of cloud projects while meeting SLAs and performance objectives.
  • Integration & Infrastructure: Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and technology platforms that drive successful solution adoption.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Googlers and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and lasting client success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining internal processes, templates, and methodologies to improve delivery excellence.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, or System Engineer in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience delivering custom solutions on a major public cloud platform (GCP preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Cloud Professional Architect certification.
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Bash, and infrastructure as code principles.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, and Anthos.
  • Experience working within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
