Role Overview

We are seeking a Gen AI Architect with strong Data Architecture, Data Migration, Agentic AI, and Telecom BSS/OSS experience. The candidate will lead architecture for a telecom Data & AI program, defining the target architecture, migration strategy, AI-ready data platform, and integration patterns.

Must-Have Skills
  • Strong Data Architecture and Data Modeling
  • Hands-on Python and SQL
  • Strong ETL/ELT experience
  • Proven end-to-end Data Migration experience with at least one full lifecycle migration project
  • Strong experience with Migration Controllers — must have built or used one
  • Hands-on Agentic AI / Gen AI experience applied to Data Migration
  • Extensive Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and data migration experience
  • Azure Synapse and modern cloud data platform architecture
  • Enterprise canonical data modeling and integration patterns
  • AI/ML platform architecture and data lifecycle understanding
  • Security, governance, performance, scalability, resilience, and cost optimization
  • Strong onsite consulting, client-facing communication, and executive presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Define current-state assessment, target-state architecture, and transition roadmap
  • Design end-to-end data platforms covering ingestion, data lake, Azure Synapse, curated/semantic layers, AI, and consumption
  • Define batch, CDC, API, file, event, and partner-data integration patterns
  • Establish canonical models, metadata, lineage, data quality, and governance
  • Design AI-ready data architecture and interfaces for model development and deployment
  • Define security, identity, privacy, encryption, retention, DR, and resilience patterns
  • Review architecture and engineering approaches for scalability, performance, cost, and operability
  • Lead client architecture workshops and technical governance discussions
  • Coordinate with enterprise architecture, BSS, OSS, cloud, security, data, and AI teams
  • Support estimation, delivery sequencing, risk management, vendor alignment, and executive-level communication
