POSITION: Executive Business Partner

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (5 days onsite)

HOURS: 9:00AM-6:00PM with flexibility

COMPENSATION: $120-160K DOE + Bonus + Benefits

BACHELOR’S DEGREE: Preferred


Our client is an innovative tech startup focused on building physical AI. They are searching for a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership - this person will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing complex priorities, and enabling high-impact decision-making through proactive coordination and cross-functional collaboration. Previous experience supporting a C-suite executive is required.


Responsibilities of the Executive Business Partner:

-Own complex calendar management, strategically prioritizing the executive’s time, high-impact meetings, and business-critical initiatives.

-Coordinate executive meetings, leadership offsites, and domestic international travel, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.

-Serve as a strategic partner to executives, preparing communications, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items.

-Drive cross-functional coordination by organizing leadership meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.

-Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, cross-functional partners, clients, and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with a high level of discretion.


Requirements of the Executive Business Partner:

-3-5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, Founder, or equivalent executive leadership)

-Strong experience with executive support fundamentals, including calendar management, inbox management, executive communications, and prioritization.

-Highly AI-native; daily use of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, AI agents, or automation platforms to improve workflows and execution.

-Advanced proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems and spreadsheets.

-Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and process optimization skills.

-Comfortable working in high-growth, ambiguous, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities.

-Exceptional communication skills, discretion, ownership, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
