We're looking for an ACCOUNTING CLERK to join our Friendship Family!

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable completing independent tasks in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Verify down-payments and lien payoffs
  • Use templates to process and log vehicle transactions
  • Ensure vehicle transaction documents are complete and accurate
  • Assist Title Clerks and Office Managers
  • Complete administrative tasks as needed

Qualification Checklist:

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • High-focus with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
