Job Title: Automotive Marketing Manager

We are a growing automotive group with seven rooftops serving the Central Arkansas market. Our team is focused on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments—including how we invest and measure our marketing.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Automotive Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing efforts. This role will work closely with leadership to monitor advertising performance, support SEO initiatives, and ensure our marketing investments are delivering results.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and contributing to real-world marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and track digital advertising performance (Google Ads, SEO, paid social, etc.)
  • Work closely with our digital marketing agency to monitor and oversee advertising spending, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and responsibly
  • Support the execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to company websites
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Analyze website performance and content to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with optimizing website content, including metadata, page structure, and keyword alignment
  • Monitor and validate reporting provided by our digital marketing agency
  • Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools)
  • Track KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per sale, website traffic, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Self-starter with curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO tools
  • Internship, coursework, or certifications related to marketing analytics, SEO, or data analysis
