We are a national digital dental marketing agency celebrating 20 years of helping practices grow. We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager who thrives on building trusted client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable marketing success.

This position serves as an outsourced marketing director for multiple clients-developing strategy, managing deliverables, and driving performance across digital channels. The ideal candidate is both relationship- and results-driven, with a deep understanding of how digital marketing fuels business growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and market position.
Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and web metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Consult and collaborate with clients on opportunities for growth through new or expanded services.
Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep clients-and our agency-at the forefront.
Present digital strategies and results to clients, ensuring they understand the ROI and long-term value of our work.

What You Bring

5+ years of account management experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, website development, local SEO, online reviews, and social media strategy.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and email marketing systems.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings or company events.

Preferred Experience

Previous healthcare or dental industry experience a plus.
Prior agency experience and/or experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple industries or verticals.
Familiarity with website development processes, content strategy, or integrated campaign planning.

Who You Are

You're a client-first relationship builder who thrives on helping others succeed.
You're organized, proactive, and detail-oriented-able to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
You're a collaborative team player who leads with positivity and accountability.
You're passionate about continuous learning and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation (based on experience)
401(k) with company match
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Paid vacation and holidays
Hybrid or remote work flexibility (Ohio-based candidates preferred)
*The opportunity to make an impact in a growing, innovative agency that values relationships, creativity, and results.

Join a team that's passionate about client success-and yours.
