You’ll also work with internal teams to gather creative assets and ensure campaigns meet all compliance, brand, and co-op guidelines.

You’ll be responsible for managing monthly budgets that range from hundreds to thousands of dollars, ensuring campaigns stay on track and perform efficiently. Your ability to make smart, strategic recommendations is key — as is your dedication to staying current with platform changes, new campaign types, and paid media best practices.
Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of paid search KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.) and how to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
  • Provide ongoing recommendations for budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign enhancements
  • Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices through continual learning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the workflow of creative assets and ensure campaigns meet brand, compliance, and co-op guidelines
  • Effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, meeting timelines and maintaining attention to detail across all projects

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a working knowledge of key paid search metrics and how to evaluate campaign performance
  • Is eager to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and grow in a fast-paced industry
  • Has a strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to understand all facets of digital marketing
  • Brings new ideas to the table and takes initiative to test and execute them
  • Is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple clients
  • Works well with account managers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Enjoys collaborating with others and contributing to a team culture
  • Is passionate about digital marketing and excited to stay up to date with evolving platforms, tools, and campaign types
  • Possesses strong project management skills and the ability to track multiple moving pieces

The First 90 Days

  • You’ll be fully supported as you ramp up, with a strong focus on learning, collaboration, and building confidence in your role.
  • Complete an introduction  to client accounts, starting with shadowing and support roles alongside current team members. Over time, you’ll take ownership of your own set of accounts with a clear understanding of expectations.
  • Work closely with our paid search specialists and account managers to understand client goals, strategies, and how we communicate and collaborate internally.
