Job description

Paid Media Account Manager

Remote  ·  Greater Philadelphia Area  ·  Respage

Client-facing. Hands-on. All in.

This is a role for someone who wants to own the work end-to-end — the strategy, the data, the client conversation, and the result. You won’t hand the technical work off to someone else, and you won’t outsource the relationship. You’ll do both, because doing both is what creates real results for multifamily clients.

About Respage

Respage is a fully remote marketing partner to the multifamily property management industry. Our team is accountable, collaborative, and built around clear systems, disciplined execution, and genuine investment in our clients’ success.

The Role

We are hiring a Paid Media Account Manager to own a portfolio of multifamily clients end-to-end. You’ll set the strategy, manage the budgets, configure the tracking, analyze the performance, and present results directly to your clients — as their trusted partner, not a behind-the-scenes operator.

Our Customer Success Associates handle the campaign build itself. You’ll partner with them on the brief, review their work before it goes live to ensure it reflects each client’s needs, and own the strategic and optimization decisions that drive results.

This is not a role for someone looking to specialize on one side. It’s for the person who wants to own the whole picture and dig in wherever the work takes them.

What You’ll Do

Direct the Campaigns

Set the strategy across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads for your portfolio. Own account structure, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and budget pacing. Brief our Customer Success Associates on what each client needs, review their builds before launch, and approve the work against the standard. Hit CPA and ROAS targets without losing sight of the leasing and occupancy goals behind them.

Own the Tracking

Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Validate that the data flowing into reports accurately reflects what’s happening in the account. Bad data is not an option.

Analyze and Recommend

Dig into the data weekly. Identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change. Bring forward strategic recommendations — budget shifts, audience tests, creative direction, channel mix — that move the needle for your clients.

Be the Partner

Own the client relationship. Lead performance reviews, respond to inquiries with professionalism, and translate campaign performance into business outcomes your clients act on. Inside Respage, work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Customer Success Associates and broader paid media team — share what you’re seeing across your portfolio so we sharpen the playbook together.

Stay Ahead

Paid media doesn’t stand still. Track platform changes, test new features, and bring forward case studies that document what worked and why. Show real initiative — the best ideas on this team come from people who notice what’s changing and act on it.

Hold the Standard

Respage has spent years building the playbook for paid media in multifamily. You’ll execute against those standards every day, document your work consistently, and bring forward improvements where you find something better.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Practical, working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager — you can set up conversion tracking and troubleshoot it when something breaks
  • Strong client communication skills — responsive, professional, and consistent in follow-through
  • Comfort owning analysis and bringing strategic recommendations to client conversations
  • A natural sense of initiative — you stay current with platform changes and don’t wait to be told what’s next
  • Exceptional attention to detail in both campaign review and written communication
  • Comfort working within structured systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes — and collaborating closely with internal teammates who execute alongside you

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multifamily, real estate, or property management marketing
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Editor
  • A track record of contributing case studies, internal learnings, or process improvements

Technical Toolbox

Google Ads  ·  Meta Ads Manager  ·  Google Analytics 4  ·  Google Tag Manager  ·  Looker Studio  ·  Google Ads Editor
