Job description

Empowered Staffing is partnered with a leading digital marketing agency seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join its growing team.

They are looking for someone with a strong foundation in Google Ads who can manage paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts, analyze performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and continue growing within a collaborative agency environment.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms.
  • Manage paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve results.
  • Partner with Account Managers to prioritize tasks and ensure campaigns are managed effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign management through automation and AI-based tools.
  • Stay current on Google Ads updates, digital marketing trends, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Contribute new ideas and take ownership of assigned campaigns and client accounts.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of paid search, PPC, or SEM experience within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Hands-on experience working within Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals, including keyword strategy, bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and analytics.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to continue learning and growing within paid search.
  • Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
