Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our law firm clients.
This is not a traditional customer service position. You'll be responsible for building long-term client relationships, leading strategic meetings, interpreting digital marketing performance, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate combines outstanding relationship management skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing and the ability to confidently communicate complex marketing concepts to attorneys and business owners.
Client retention is the primary objective of this role. Account growth is a secondary responsibility that naturally results from delivering exceptional service and strategic value.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for professionals who have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of Account Management, Client Success, or Client Services experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience presenting marketing performance reports directly to clients.
  • A deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Google Business Profile, social media marketing, website performance, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote agency environment.

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned law firm clients.

  • Maintain accurate meeting notes, action items, and client documentation.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Serve as the quarterback for every client relationship, ensuring internal teams remain aligned and accountable for delivering exceptional results.
