This role will provide leadership and direction, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing coaching and development to retail leadership across the region, fostering a high-performance, customer-oriented culture.Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:* Develop winning growth strategies that drive revenue and profitability while confirming the brand's iconic positioning in the automotive ecosystem* Increase B2C sales via a customer-focused and insight led approach.
