Front of House Manager

We are seeking a high-energy Front of House Manager to join a growing hospitality group known for high-volume, guest-focused restaurant concepts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, team development, food and beverage, and delivering standout guest experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a strong floor presence, and brings a positive, guest-first approach to every shift. This role requires a leader who can balance service execution, team morale, bar operations, and operational standards while staying organized and composed under pressure.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably $5MM+ in annual sales
  • Strong bar operations experience preferred
  • Experience in nightlife, entertainment-driven, event-based, multi-outlet, or high-energy hospitality environments a plus
  • Proven leadership experience with servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
  • Strong culinary awareness and passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
  • Experience managing labor, revenue goals, service standards, and guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Must meet all federal, state, and local food and beverage service regulations
  • Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working across dining rooms, bars, kitchens, cooler areas, patios, and event spaces as needed
