Job Summary

The Reservationist plays a pivotal role in maximizing the efficiency of meeting space and
reservations management by providing exceptional support as the initial point of contact for clients
and key stakeholders. The reservationist's primary objective is to field requests for meeting space
reservations, delivering prompt and streamlined service with results that meet customer
requirements while adhering to internal operational protocols. The reservation process entails
communication channels including but not limited to telephone, email, and digital request
platform or specialized computer software
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Key Responsibilities:
     Respond and process all incoming requests.
     Action meeting room reservation requests, utilizing the reservation system, and focusing on
    the strategic assignment of meeting space to maximize utilization.
     Offer warm and welcoming communication by phone, to our internal and external guests
    and assist with any special requests and will provide the highest level of customer care
     Manage calls, field questions and respond to customers thoughtfully and independently.
    Exercise good judgment and a strong intuition to anticipate the needs of each customer.
     Gaining an understanding of the client culture, key areas of activity and creating
    “transparency” by serving as an extension of the client
     Send booking confirmations and follow up on cases as needed, ensuring accurate and
    timely communication with all involved parties.
