Position Overview
Volkswagen of Corona is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to deliver a high-touch, concierge-level service experience. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the expectations of clientele and can effectively manage both customer relationships and high-value service operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury clientele, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience
  • Perform detailed vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns
  • Prepare and present service recommendations with transparency and professionalism
  • Coordinate with factory-trained technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
  • Proactively communicate service updates via phone, text, or digital platforms
  • Manage high-value repair orders while meeting or exceeding sales and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets
  • Handle warranty and goodwill considerations in line with manufacturer standards

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor
  • Proven track record of high CSI scores and strong sales performance
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
  • Experience with dealership systems such as Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK
