We're hiring a Janitor for our Erie County, PA locations! If you take pride in keeping spaces organized, enjoy independent work, and want a role where your efforts directly support a mission-driven organization, we'd love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do

  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility including restrooms, offices, classrooms, common areas, and exterior spaces
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
  • Dust furniture, walls, equipment, and surfaces
  • Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely while following PPE requirements
  • Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned


What We're Looking For

  • Basic janitorial or custodial experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
