We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced retail store. This role ensures all aspects of the store run smoothly, including customer service, inventory control, and sales. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is integral to achieving operational excellence and providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and mitigate potential security risks, including internal theft and shoplifting

• Participate in regular meetings to review store performance and contribute to improvement strategies
