Goodwill SoCal is seeking a motivated WCD Programs Assistant to provide administrative and participant support that ensures a welcoming and efficient experience for those entering our workforce programs.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for participants, providing information and support.
  • Collect and verify client documentation and assist with enrollments.
  • Support case management and data entry with precision and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and assist in facilitation of workshops, job fairs, and calendar scheduling for the program team.

What You Bring:
  • High school diploma/GED required; some experience in office or customer service preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
