Landscape Professional

Reports To: Site Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY: Winrock Town Center, featuring a two-acre park with a waterfall and large pond, is designed to be a horticultural showcase. We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable individual with commercial landscaping experience to help maintain this exceptional property and contribute to its welcoming, well-kept environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: NOTE: Goodman Realty Group may unilaterally change the requirements of this job description at any time. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Become an important member of our landscaping crew.
  • Install, maintain, and repair irrigation.
  • Install, maintain, and replenish landscaping beds and display areas.
  • Trim trees and bushes.
  • Knowledge of construction is a plus.
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule may vary, and you should be available to work weekends.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of experience directly related to the essential functions.

  • Operate a wide variety of hand tools and power tools in a safe and effective manner.

  • A valid New Mexico driver's license, vehicle insurance, good driving record and reliable vehicle.
