POSITION SUMMARY: Our acre Winrock Town Center that includes a two-acre park with a waterfall and large pond will be a horticultural masterpiece. We are looking for an individual to help maintain this magnificent property. We are seeking a knowledgeable individual with commercial outdoors cleaning to help maintain and clean all common areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: NOTE: Goodman Realty Group may unilaterally change the requirements of this job description at any time. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Maintain trash control throughout property, perform graffiti removal, and remove gum from sidewalks.
  • Clean management offices, break rooms and restrooms.
  • Wipe down trash cans, planters and mullions.
  • Notify supervisor of any issues that are observed.
  • Maintain tools/equipment used on the job.
  • Wears all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment that is required.
  • Assist others with various projects and tasks on an as needed basis and directed by manager/supervisor.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule may vary and you should be available to work weekends.
