What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and appointment scheduling
  • Schedule sales and service appointments
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to customers
  • Respond to website and internet inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text messaging
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
  • Maintain accurate customer information and notes in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with departments throughout the dealership
  • Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved
  • Track customer interactions and schedule future follow-up communications
  • Help create positive customer experiences that reflect our values
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
  • Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
