Responsibilities
  • Sell finance and insurance products to customers.
  • Produce and submit accurate paperwork for all deals and to secure timely funding.
  • Set sales objectives, track progress, and exceed goals.
  • Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations. 
  • Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes.
  • Adhere to approved product pricing guidelines.
  • Hire, train, and develop members of the Sales/F&I team.
  • Provide clear and direct supervision of the business office operational activities related to providing insurance, finance, and extended service programs.
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships with multiple finance sources, factory, and others.
  • Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
  • Successful experiences in automotive sales/finance management  -Or-  Solid proven sales track record if you are a current salesperson ready to take the next step
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to achieve desired results 
  • Strong leadership skills 
  • Assertive and knowledgeable in dealership sales operations 
  • Results-driven, highly-energized, and self-motivated
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • High School Diploma/ GED required.
