What You’ll Do

As a Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician, you’ll inspect, diagnose, repair, and prepare pre-owned vehicles so they’re ready for our customers with confidence.

Your work will include:

  • Multi-point inspections
  • Mechanical and electrical diagnosis
  • Brake, steering, and suspension repairs
  • Engine performance and drivability repairs
  • Cooling system and HVAC repairs
  • Scheduled maintenance services
  • Identifying additional repair opportunities
  • Performing quality repairs efficiently and accurately

You’ll work on a wide variety of makes and models, making every day different while continuing to build your technical skills.


What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for technicians who:

  • Have dealership or independent repair experience
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
  • Take pride in producing quality work
  • Value teamwork and professionalism
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

ASE certifications are appreciated but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Flat Rate Pay: $24–$36 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and productivity.
