Job Description GOMO is looking for a Product Owner who will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of GOMO's Engagement & Ecosystem features and products. You will design customer-centric experiences that drive engagement and loyalty by combining customer insights, behavioral data, and business priorities into scalable digital solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRODUCT & EXPERIENCE STRATEGY
  • Own the end-to-end design of customer experiences across key engagement and ecosystem journeys.
  • Define and continuously refine experience based on customer insights, behavioral trends, business objectives, and market opportunities.

  • Conduct product fit assessments to ensure new and existing features address customer needs and business goals.

PRODUCT ROADMAP

  • Define and own the product roadmap for Engagement & Ecosystem initiatives aligned with GOMO's engagement strategy.

  • Translate customer and business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

  • Drive alignment on priorities, roadmap, dependencies, and delivery timelines and present roadmap updates and initiative performance to leadership.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
  • Design and enhance digital experiences that increase customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy beyond connectivity.

  • Lead the development of strategic ecosystem and experience initiatives including:

    • WanderJoy and partner experiences

    • Customer Care

    • Personalized engagement

    • Rewards, loyalty, and engagement features

  • Conduct regular product reviews and recommend enhancements based on data, insights, and evolving customer needs.
