Travel: International travel required (including short notice)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Account Manager / Representative to join our team, specializing in cinnamon and spice products across North, Central, and South America. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in international food sales, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute international sales strategies for North, Central, and South America
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new customer relationships
  • Promote and sell cinnamon and spice products to international customers
  • Enter, track, and manage sales orders from receipt through delivery
  • Follow through on all sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate closely with customers on specific packaging requirements
  • Handle or assist with export documentation and international logistics
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using computer-based systems
  • Travel internationally for customer visits, trade shows, and business meetings, sometimes on short notice
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of international sales experience in the food industry (spice experience strongly preferred)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong computer skills, including sales order entry, and tracking systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow detailed processes
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
