Requirements:
  • Requires a Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016. If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
  • Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are hiring a physical therapist with an interest in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine to join our growing outpatient team in Muncie.
This physical therapist will join a large, experienced team of PTs, PTAs, and OTs, offering excellent opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth. Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
The clinic is located within our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine building, which also houses our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine physician practice and onsite Orthopedic Surgery Center, which allows for a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care.
The clinic is currently undergoing an exciting expansion that will double the size of our space, allowing us to further enhance patient care and therapist experience. The expansion will feature a large functional training gym equipped with a turf surface, golf simulator, slam wall, and netting to support throwing assessment and rehabilitation.
