Job Purpose:
  • To greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
  • To provide excellent customer service.

Essential Functions:
  • Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests.
  • Keeping accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Taking accurate messages.
  • Making and confirming reservations.
  • Providing information to guests about Natchez and other services.
  • Assisting guests in securing their valuables.
  • Posting additional charges to guests' bills.
  • Maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Work Environment:
  • Inside office setting, air-conditioned and brightly lit.
