Opportunity

On-Course Food & Beverage Supervisor provides support to the management team through a 
variety of administrative and operational tasks and the supervision of golf course food & 
beverage staff. Manage all guest requests, complaints and questions and ensure that all 
aspects are communicated to the appropriate leadership.  

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks including but not limited to 
    purchasing, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, records control and filing.
  • Accurately process all new hire and employee change paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Assist in reconciling all operational paperwork including but not limited to guest receipts 
    and vendor invoices.
  • Work with staff and management team to ensure proper cost controls and inventory 
    levels.
  • Informs staff about the special items for the day and product changes if any.
  • Coordinate with on-course staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with food and beverage service per the course of order.
  • Prepare mixed drinks for service (must be 18 or over and licensed). 
  • Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking and maintaining the par stock levels for all carts.
  • Inspect beverage carts at the beginning of shift for par stock, cleanliness, etc. 
  • Help other areas of the department.
  • Training Course Servers.
  • Assist with overseeing the on-course guest traffic and ensuring proper distribution of 
    assigned stations.
  • Resolve escalated guest concerns.
  • Create and execute special projects and assignments.
  • Assist in answering telephone calls from guests.
  • Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
  • Perform the responsibilities of Course Servers and Outside F&B Clerks, as needed.
  • Cross-trained to work in more than one outlet.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all courses, scheduling needs and coordination of staff.

This position is full-time working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary from 6:30 am - 9:00 pm.
