The Mason City Clinic (MCC) in Mason City, Iowa has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join the Orthopedic department. The Mason City Clinic is a multi-specialty physician-owned group.
Opportunity Highlights
* Join the team of 4 surgeons, 5 PAs, and a hand specialized occupational therapist
* 36 days of call annually
* PAs take primary call
* Accepting General Ortho + any subspecialty!
* Workweek consists of both clinic & surgery days
* Perform surgeries at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital connected to the clinic, as well as the Ambulatory Surgery Center, also located on the same campus
* Opportunities for outreach at one of our 7 critical access hospitals in our 14-county network
* Primary Service Area- ~260,000 people

Qualifications
* BC/BE- Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
* H1B & J1 candidates encouraged to apply

* Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required.
* Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program

* Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
