Job description

The Superintendent is responsible to the Executive Board for the American Legion POST #46 property grounds including all turf maintenance associated with an 18-hole public golf course, driving range and putting green.


The Superintendent maintains machinery repair, operation and preventative maintenance for all diesel and gasoline powered equipment , as well as shop equipment.


The Superintendent maintains and operates the golf course irrigation system, including sprinkler heads, supply lines, control panels and on-course control boxes.
