Golden Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice in Norton, Massachusetts. Located in the heart of Norton, MA, Golden Physical Therapy is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility covering 5,000 square feet, specifically designed for sports medicine and orthopedic care. As a privately owned practice, we pride ourselves on a patient-centered approach, primarily serving individuals with private medical insurance. Our team consists of skilled physical therapists and support personnel committed to providing top-tier physical therapy services in a welcoming and supportive environment.

In this onsite role, you will collaborate closely with two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA) within our vibrant rehabilitation facility. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life environment. We encourage continual professional growth and offer a supportive atmosphere for our staff.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions to develop effective treatment plans that align with their goals and needs.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring personalized and focused therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to administer treatments aimed at improving patients’ range of motion and overall mobility.
• Encourage holistic healing by identifying and implementing non-surgical options and promoting lifestyle modifications.
• Create and customize exercise protocols and rehabilitation plans specific to individual patients’ challenges.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously to maintain compliance and enhance continuity of care.
• Work in tandem with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive patient care, fostering a collaborative healthcare environment.

The primary focus of your role will be working with patients who require orthopedic rehabilitative services, including post-surgical recovery, sports injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our facility attracts a diverse clientele seeking specialized physical therapy solutions, allowing you to apply your expertise across a wide range of conditions.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice.

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to efficiently manage patient documentation.
• Strong skills in developing exercise protocols tailored to meet individual patient needs.
