Overview

Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. CMH's hospital facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. CMH also supports Central Maine Medical Group, a primary and specialty care practice organization. Other system services include the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute, a regional trauma program, LifeFlight of Maine's southern Maine base, the Central Maine Comprehensive Cancer Center and other high-quality clinical services.

Responsibilities

The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Director of Behavioral Health is a faculty member of the residency program. The GME Director of Behavioral Health leads the behavioral health curriculum, works with our medical residents, educating and providing individual and group sessions for our medical residents.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.     Doctorate degree in Psychology.

2.     Master's degree - for behavioralist with GME experience.

1.     Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population.

2.     Experience in a GME program is preferred.

3.     Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

4.     Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive practice.
