Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per Flag Hour plus performance bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, assign and follow up daily work objectives with technicians
  • Train, coach, supervise, monitor and assist technicians with their performance
  • Communicate with team leaders to determine status of jobs
  • Review open repair orders daily
  • Communicate with various dealership personnel daily about open work orders
  • Perform quality inspections before vehicles are returned to customers
  • Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations
  • Follow company safety procedures.
  • Comply and adhere to General Motors guidelines for warranty and general repairs

Qualifications

  • Shop Foreman Experience
  • World Class GM Certification
  • GMC Certified Master Tech
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Critical thinker, ability to solve mathematical problems, using logic and reasoning
  • Time management, prioritizing workload
