What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales teamto consistently exceed sales targets
  • Manage all facets of variable operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction across new cars, used cars and F&I
  • Hold sales staff accountablefor activity, followup, and CRM usage
  • Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent
  • Monitor and manage thelead pipeline and internet opportunitiesto drive showroom traffic
  • Work closely with finance managers to ensureclean, efficient deal structure
