Our client has been a staple in the state of Indiana for over 25 years. Over the years their employees have helped the company grow to include 12 Dealerships and four collision centers throughout the state.
Our client is looking for an experienced GM Parts Advisor to join their growing team. They offer the stability, support, and earning potential experienced Parts Advisors are looking for.   • $50,000 - 70,000++ based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Mon through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Some Saturday shifts are required.
  • Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the customer.
  • Work with the parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
  • Complete special order part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the customer.
  • Communicate with customers on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership.
  • Assist service department with parts requests, returns, and inquiries.
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with GM Parts required
  • Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record.
  • Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds applications are preferred
  • People focused and eager to provide great customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient with computer skills is preferred
