Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, membership growth, customer experience, staffing, events, and profitability of a modern golf simulator club and entertainment venue. This individual will lead all aspects of the business while creating an energetic, welcoming, and professional golf culture for members and guests.

The ideal candidate is passionate about golf, hospitality, sales, and business operations, with the ability to build a strong community atmosphere while driving revenue and operational excellence.

  • 3+ years in hospitality, golf operations, entertainment venue management, or club management
  • Experience with golf simulators, golf instruction facilities, sports entertainment venues, or country clubs preferred
