Glow Youth Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team in Hialeah, Florida. This is a full-time, onsite position within a collaborative and patient-focused environment. The schedule is flexible during normal business hours, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while accommodating patient needs.

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and detailed assessments of patients presenting with dermatological concerns.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as biopsies and imaging studies, to accurately diagnose skin conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments for various dermatological conditions, ensuring that patients receive optimal care.
• Offer comprehensive patient education on skincare routines, preventive measures, and the treatment of skin diseases.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and primary care providers, to ensure holistic care and referrals when necessary.
• Keep meticulous documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to remain current with the latest dermatological practices and technologies.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse patient population of all ages, from adolescents struggling with acne to older adults requiring skin cancer surveillance. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dermatology as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active and valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Florida, along with a DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with patients, families, and clinic staff.
• A strong ability to multi-task and work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Commitment to patient education and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.

• Experience working in a dermatology clinic or related healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with the latest dermatological treatment methodologies and techniques.

Glow Youth Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 125,000 – 350,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
