Job description

Meta's Global Clients & Agencies (GCA) team includes a portfolio of the world's largest companies and agencies integrating the communities, solutions and technologies of the Meta family of apps to meet their business goals. The Global Solutions Partner (GSP) role provides an opportunity to work with the world's largest global advertisers: leading key strategic global relationships and work streams with the client and agency teams, providing platform and product expertise, media and measurement strategy and identifying revenue driving opportunities. Success in the Global Solutions Partner position requires consultative strategic and analytical leadership, technical product knowledge, cross functional leadership across all levels with clients and agencies. This Global Solutions Partner role is in the Global Clients & Agencies Team supporting one of Meta's top partnerships.
Responsibilities
Partner with Global Client Lead on strategic road mapping and global business plan implementation across client & agency relationships at all levels. Focus includes revenue acceleration, driving Product Solution adoption and best practices, and managing co-investment bonus for the partnership
• Lead media best practices, strategy, & measurement learnings and optimization
• In partnership with Marketing Science, lead the global Learning Agenda and ensure alignment and scale throughout Meta and Client organization
• Have an understanding of Meta Products and Solutions and analyze data and insights to guide strategy and adoption
• Translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to influence decision making
• Partner with regional and local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and provide the highest service levels to the clients and agencies
• Enable knowledge exchange across the account with clients and with cross-functional, global, regional and local teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Science, Product, Solutions Engineering, Creative Shop and other organizations within Meta
• Lead, build and manage relationships with key exec clients and media agency partners and their teams
• Develop comprehensive capability building programs at the client and the agency that empower regions and local markets to drive optimal solution adoption at scale
• Support with de-bugging of platform issues, questions and solution mapping
• International and domestic travel
Minimum Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in technical field, marketing or media
• Experience leading multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables
• Experience with data analytics, advanced skills in analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes
• Problem solving experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing executives (internally and externally)
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations to clients, agencies, or executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with global companies with complex organizational structures
