As a Security Officer - Global Security Operations Center, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc. What's in it for you: Site Location: Forest Park GA Set schedule: Full-Time 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Thursday - Monday OR 4:00 PM - 12:30AM Sunday - Thursday 40HRS Competitive hourly wage of $19.75 / HR (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of GSOSecurity Guard Monitor global security systems, surveillance tools, and alarm platforms to identify and respond to potential threats in real time Perform general administrative and clerical support functions, including data entry, filing, and document management Analyze incidents, assess risk levels, and escalate critical issues to appropriate internal teams or external emergency services Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel Document all incidents, investigations, and actions taken in incident management systems with accuracy and timeliness Provide support during crisis events, including communication updates to leadership and impacted stakeholders Conduct routine system checks and ensure proper functionality of surveillance, access control, and alarm systems Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements Generate daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports related to incidents, trends, and risk assessments Qualifications of a GSOCSecurity Guard Must have 2-3 years of GSOC / Command Center experience Proficiency operating CCTV, access control systems, alarm monitoring, and surveillance technologies required Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment Familiarity with global travel risk management and employee safety tracking systems Be authorized to work in the U.S
