About the Role:

The mission of the Falcon Intel Recon Analyst is to directly support cyber threat customers and to ensure our customers realize the full value of the Intelligence product they have purchased from CrowdStrike; ultimately maximizing customer success and renewals. Analysts are responsible for working with multiple customers to manage the customer's Falcon Intel Recon module.

This role will serve as a cyber intel analytic interface between CrowdStrike's Falcon Intelligence Recon customers and the wider CrowdStrike intelligence team, enabling effective use of cyber threat intelligence between clients and the Falcon Intel Recon application.

Ideal candidates possess strong technical expertise in dark web intelligence and threat intelligence, complemented by exceptional customer engagement skills across technical and executive levels. You should demonstrate a proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams and have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role requires understanding and addressing customer needs at all organizational levels, from C-suite executives to security analysts.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining a strong sense of ownership over many customer relationships.

  • Quickly triage and escalate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to the respective customers

  • Guide customers through Falcon Intelligence Recon findings and providing subject matter expertise

  • Be a strong voice for customers into the Intelligence and Engineering teams to improve the product and ensure that customer's feedback, feature requests, and overall satisfaction is conveyed and accounted for.

  • Plan and lead process improvement initiatives tailored to improve overall customer satisfaction with the CrowdStrike team.

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 Years experience in cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collections and be fully versed in the intelligence lifecycle

  • Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collections and be fully versed in the intelligence lifecycle

  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills in English

  • Working knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology, key concepts, and analysis

  • Knowledge of the dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites

  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies

  • Customer service attitude and willingness to help and problem-solve with customers

  • Ability to operate independently and with little direction.

  • Ability to present and explain technology to people with less technical knowledge

  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high stress start up environment and able to create customer solutions with limited resources

  • Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies, specifically email, networking, and enterprise security

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

  • Ability to use AI tools and familiarity with application programming interfaces (API) as a delivery method for indicators and intelligence.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
