Program Manager Global Security
What you will do
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will provide enterprise leadership and project management support for the governance, implementation and optimization of Global Security programs across a spectrum of disciplines. This role has oversight and / or ownership of specific security technology systems including the Mass Notification System, incident reporting and investigations platforms, as well as other security and intelligence related systems. In addition, this role will be assigned key prioritized projects as required by the organization to optimize, enhance, and transform our services and platforms.
The role serves as a central project management function, driving the ongoing security technology strategies, process improvements that strengthen operational consistency, system reliability, and program performance. The Program Manager will coordinate activities with the Global Security Tech Team to ensure alignment and integration of enterprise platforms. This role will report to the Executive Director Global Security, North America.
A core component of this role is acting as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners supporting non-physical security platforms including, but not limited to, Ontic, Everbridge, Dataminr, International SOS, Crisis24, and Topo AI.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver Global Security and GSOC-related projects, managing timelines, risks, and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and oversee lifecycle management of security systems, ensuring performance, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to align technology solutions with operational needs.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and provide executive-level updates and reporting.
  • Identify trends, optimize workflows, track KPIs, and support strategic initiatives and special projects across Global Security.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master's degree and 2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations within corporate security, intelligence, emergency management, or a comparable environment.
OR
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations within corporate security, intelligence, emergency management, or a comparable environment.
OR
Associate's degree and 8 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations within corporate security, intelligence, emergency management, or a comparable environment.
OR
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations within corporate security, intelligence, emergency management, or a comparable environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing enterprise security programs or supporting a Global Security/GSOC environment.
  • Hands-on experience with security technology platforms such as Ontic, Everbridge, Dataminr, International SOS, Crisis24, or Topo AI.
  • Strong program and project management expertise, including managing multiple workstreams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to optimize processes, improve system performance, and implement governance frameworks.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing external technology partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience developing executive-level communications, reports, and program documentation.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and basic financial tracking.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams, including IT, Legal, HR, and Procurement.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
