Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global Intelligence Lead to support the Global Security & Resilience organization with a strong focus on protective intelligence, strategic risk analysis, and targeted OSINT investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience assessing threats related to executive travel, corporate events, geopolitical developments, and physical security. This role will provide actionable intelligence to security and business leaders, conduct strategic horizon scanning, support rapid-response investigations, and strengthen intelligence tradecraft across GSOC/RSOC teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead protective intelligence and threat assessments for executive travel, board meetings, and high-profile corporate events to support physical security and risk mitigation.
  • Produce strategic intelligence assessments covering geopolitical risks, regional dynamics, emerging threats, and potential impacts on global business operations.
  • Conduct targeted OSINT investigations, intelligence collection, and rapid-response threat analysis in support of physical security requirements.
  • Develop and deliver intelligence training workshops for GSOC and RSOC analysts, focusing on OSINT collection, analytical tradecraft, and professional report writing.
  • Apply and enhance structured analytical methodologies such as Analysis of Competing Hypotheses (ACH), scenario planning, intelligence feeds, and horizon scanning.
  • Partner with Travel, Crisis Communications, Legal, Worldwide Operations, and security leadership to translate intelligence into actionable risk mitigation strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 3-5+ years of dedicated intelligence analysis experience within corporate security, technology, government, intelligence, or a related environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with protective intelligence, executive threat assessments, travel risk, and physical threat monitoring.
  • Advanced experience conducting OSINT investigations and intelligence collection, including the ability to rapidly assess emerging threats.
  • Strong strategic and geopolitical analysis skills with the ability to evaluate macro-level risks and their potential business impact.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience applying structured analytical techniques such as ACH, scenario planning, and other intelligence tradecraft methodologies.
  • Experience developing and delivering intelligence training or workshops for GSOC, RSOC, security, or intelligence teams.
  • Experience supporting multinational organizations, corporate security programs, or global risk/resilience functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience briefing executive-level or senior security leadership and translating complex intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong self-starter with excellent judgment, integrity, communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
