Position Overview

This role can be based remotely in the US.

The Intelligence Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and communicating emerging geopolitical, reputational, and security-related risks that may impact the organization. This role conducts advanced open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations, monitors evolving threat trends, and delivers concise, executive-ready intelligence products that enable informed decision-making. Leveraging tools such as LifeRaft Navigator and Recorded Future, the analyst synthesizes complex, multi-source information into actionable insights, supports intelligence requirements during rapidly developing events, and develops metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness. Working closely with fellow analysts and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual plays a key role in strengthening organizational awareness, resilience, and strategic risk management in a dynamic global environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Synthesize large volumes of complex, multi-source intelligence into concise, executive-level briefings, ensuring senior leaders can quickly understand key risks, implications, and recommended actions.

  • Conduct advanced open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations.

  • Monitor, analyze, and track evolving threat trends.

  • Develop and maintain intelligence metrics, KPIs, and performance measures, ensuring intelligence activities are measurable, actionable, and aligned to business objectives.

  • Rapidly translate vague or incomplete intelligence requirements into high-confidence, sourced analytic findings.

  • Assess reputational, geopolitical, and socio-political threats and evaluate how they may materialize and impact the organization and broader industry.

  • Analyze the origin, motivation, intent, and evolution of threat actors and narratives within regional geopolitical and cultural contexts.

  • Utilize intelligence platforms such as LifeRaft Navigator, Recorded Future, and other OSINT and threat intelligence tools to support investigations, monitoring, and analysis.

  • Support time-sensitive intelligence requirements during fast-moving geopolitical events or emerging situations.

  • Collaborate closely with other analysts to advance investigations, validate findings, and integrate insights across intelligence efforts.

  • Participate in analytic reviews and lessons-learned sessions to continuously refine sourcing strategies, methodologies, and tradecraft.

  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with a demonstrated ability to transform large volumes of complex intelligence into concise, polished, executive-ready products.

  • Expert-level open-source intelligence (OSINT) collection and analysis capabilities, with deep familiarity with Asian social media platforms, online ecosystems, and digital investigations.

  • Strong investigative tradecraft, including actor attribution, narrative analysis, and cross-platform correlation.

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful signal from high-noise information environments.

  • Collaborate effectively with fellow analysts and cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

  • Expert-level geopolitical analysis skills, with the ability to assess regional developments, emerging risks, and strategic implications for global organizations.

  • Hands-on proficiency with LifeRaft Navigator, Recorded Future, and similar intelligence and threat monitoring platforms.

  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within an analyst team.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, intellectual rigor, and analytic excellence.

Experience

  • More than five years of hands-on experience conducting advanced OSINT investigations.

  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional professional writing, including strategic intelligence assessments, executive summaries, and decision-support products.

  • Extensive experience producing executive briefings, board-level intelligence products, and senior leadership reporting that distills complex topics into concise, actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated experience monitoring and analyzing open-source platforms.

  • Proven experience conducting attribution analysis and narrative tracking across multiple sources.

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing geopolitical developments and their downstream business or operational impact.

  • Hands-on experience utilizing intelligence platforms such as LifeRaft Navigator, Recorded Future, or comparable OSINT and threat intelligence solutions.

  • Experience supporting intelligence requirements during rapidly evolving regional or global events. Demonstrated experience developing intelligence metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for executive and operational audiences.

  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting on intelligence program performance data to support strategic decision-making

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $100,000-$113,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
